Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and launch of multiple lottery programs, including the development and coordination of detailed launch plans across marketing, technology, operations, finance, legal, compliance, customer service, prize administration, and external vendors. The role will focus on project planning, timelines, dependencies, processes, stakeholder coordination, and vendor management and will be responsible for coordinating technical readiness, integrations, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end planning, implementation, launch, stabilization, and closeout of multiple lottery programs
- Translate lottery launch requirements into detailed work packages, responsibilities, timelines, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
- Develop and manage project plans for multiple concurrent program launches and initiatives
- Manage a high-volume portfolio, balancing priorities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Establish clear milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and deliverables across workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Marketing, IT, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance
- Lead collaboration with internal teams and external vendors from planning through post-launch
- Serve as the central point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ensure approvals, testing, communications, marketing, and operational readiness activities are completed on schedule
- Lead project kick-offs, status meetings, working sessions, and post-launch reviews
- Maintain project plans, action logs, risk registers, decision logs, and status reports
- Identify risks, issues, bottlenecks, and competing priorities and develop mitigation plans
- Monitor vendor deliverables and ensure partners meet agreed timelines and expectations
- Coordinate business readiness, including customer service, marketing, operations, reporting, and communications
- Provide senior leadership with regular updates on progress, risks, decisions, and upcoming milestones
- Identify and implement process improvements and establish repeatable best practices for future launches
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives

Qualifications

- 10+ years of project management experience managing complex, cross-functional business initiatives
- PMP Certification is mandatory
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, or program launches simultaneously
- Experience working within hospitals/healthcare, foundation, or similarly complex organizations is strongly preferred
- Lottery experience is considered a strong asset
- Strong experience coordinating deliverables across Marketing, IT, Business Operations, external vendors, and senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience with process improvement, including proactively identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical improvements
- Proven ability to manage detailed project plans involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and dependencies
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage a high volume of competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders without serving as the technical implementation lead
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
- Lean Six Sigma certification is highly preferred
- Additional project management certifications, such as PRINCE2, are considered an asset
