About this role
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Support & Order Operations Specialist to join our team. This position plays an important role in coordinating customer requests, maintaining accurate account information, supporting order activity, and helping resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to communicate professionally with both customers and internal departments.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time Position
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Swing Shift: 2:00 PM-8:00 PM
- Schedule: 5 days per week
- Weekends and holidays are required
- Additional hours may be required based on business needs
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, account information, billing, and delivery status.
- Enter, update, and modify customer orders while ensuring information is complete and accurate.
- Assist with returns, cancellations, order discrepancies, billing concerns, and other account-related matters.
- Research customer issues and coordinate with the appropriate internal departments to reach timely resolutions.
- Work with the credit department when assistance is needed with account balances, payment concerns, or credit-related disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order changes, and issue resolutions.
- Communicate recurring customer concerns and service issues to management to help improve company processes.
- Use computer systems and multiple communication platforms efficiently while managing a steady volume of requests.
- Collaborate with coworkers and other departments to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively.
- Follow company policies, workplace procedures, safety requirements, and established operating standards.
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude in all customer and workplace interactions.
- Perform additional responsibilities and assignments as directed by management.
