Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) , Air Dominance Advanced Development organization is seeking a highly skilled, motivated and collaborative F-15 Flight Plan Systems Engineer / System Integrator to join Boeing in Berkeley, MO to support the F-15 New Product Development (NPD) team. The F-15 NPD team is responsible for defining and guiding the technology roadmap for F-15 programs and ensuring alignment with broader Air Dominance Family of Systems activities.

In this role you will lead the systems integration efforts associated with building and maintaining the F-15 Flight Plan. You will coordinate closely with the F-15 Flight Plan Project Lead, Advanced Development leadership, Boeing F-15 program stakeholders and multiple USAF customer stakeholders. You will work in a fast paced, innovative environment where excellent technical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills are essential.  Additionally, we are looking for someone who is willing to learn, stretch, grow, and have fun while doing it.

Position Responsibilities:

- Lead the analysis of complex performance requirements, operational concepts, and functional requirements to develop changes to existing or new system architectures
- Provide technical oversight to manage system-wide interfaces on complex systems
- Establish strategies for validation, verification, and test of platform upgrades
- Develop and maintain product and technology roadmap
- Lead multi-discipline teams across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to include engineering and non-engineering functions
- Conduct assessments of technology maturity and integration readiness
- Lead trade studies to evaluate and select between complex program alternatives
- Responsible for developing technical products for internal and external stakeholders (reports, analysis, CDRLs, etc.)
- Provide technical, cost, and schedule input and expertise in support of new business proposals
- Support and participate in the customer’s acquisition process to obtain program funding
- Provide input on programmatic and technical strategies, goals, and objectives. This includes internal investment plans, or pursuit of customer funding for product prototyping and risk reduction efforts
- Establish relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers on other programs to share best practices and to provide awareness of external activities
- Brief executive level management on technical issues, project status, and other topics

Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically and/or internationally depending on business needs.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.   An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

This position requires ability to obtain Special Program Access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 7 or more years’ related engineering experience
- Prior Systems Engineering experience (i.e. system design, system architecture, functional decomposition, requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

- Active U.S. Security Clearance
- Experience with the F-15 or other tactical aircraft programs
- Experience working with government customers
- Experience with complex development programs
- Experience with tactical aircraft mission systems

Summary Pay Range: $136,850 – $185,150
