About this role

SLB is seeking an experienced Client Solution and Delivery Manager to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta . In this role you will manage Process Systems projects supporting oil and gas production facilities, overseeing the project lifecycle from proposal development through execution and delivery. You will coordinate project requirements across internal teams, vendors, and fabricators while managing budgets, inventory, manufacturing activities, schedules, and delivery requirements.

We are looking for someone with strong Process Systems and project execution experience who understands how production equipment projects move from the proposal stage through execution and final delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, can manage multiple projects and competing priorities, and takes ownership of their work while collaborating effectively across business, engineering, and service teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage multiple projects from proposal development, execution, delivery, and closeout.
- Develop and coordinate project plans, budgets, schedules, documentation, and commercial requirements to support successful project delivery.
- Coordinate inventory, procurement, vendors, and manufacturing activities to meet project requirements and delivery schedules.
- Manage project priorities, risks, changes, and deliverables, taking ownership of issues through resolution and keeping projects on track.
- Work across business segments and teams to coordinate and monitor monthly deliverables.
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring accurate tracking through invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Support occasional equipment inspections and site visits as required during project execution.

Qualifications and Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education in engineering, trades, business, project management, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience supporting Process Systems, production facilities, process equipment, or similar oil and gas projects.
- Working knowledge of process equipment and production systems, with experience in Oil & Gas, Midstream, or Processing environments.
- Demonstrated experience in proposal development and managing projects through execution and final delivery.
- Experience with project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, procurement, vendor coordination, and manufacturing or fabrication activities.
- Experience in using Microsoft suite and SAP is required.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and ability to travel for occasional site visits and inspections.
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada without company sponsorship.
