About the role
As an Senior Manager in the Finance CoE, you will report into a Finance Director and be part of a team supporting a portfolio of markets. In this role, you will play a key part in executing financial planning and reporting activities across these markets. You will support the creation of standardized reports, development of initial forecasts/budgets, and analysis of financial performance to enable data-driven decision-making.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to multiple markets while contributing to the centralization and improvement of Reckitt’s FP&A processes. If you are passionate about finance, data analysis, and continuous improvement, this role will allow you to grow and make a real impact on our global business.
Your responsibilities
•Own the global process standard for commercial finance: trade promotion evaluation, NRM frameworks, customer P&L, pricing analytics (drawing on SAP and Fusion reporting)
•Set and sequence the standardisation roadmap migrating markets onto common commercial finance templates and tools
•Continuously identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in commercial finance processes, implementing enhancements that drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across markets
•Partner with global Commercial/Category leadership on NRM strategy execution and value-capture tracking
•Own the commercial finance playbook at a strategic level — trade spend ROI methodology, promo evaluation templates, S&OP finance integration — with the Manager maintaining it day to day
•Lead process-related projects — including new tool implementation, process change, and finance transformation initiatives — ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and against defined objectives
•Sponsor cross-market benchmarking on trade spend effectiveness, discount leakage, and channel/customer profitability
•Own capability-building strategy across regional commercial finance teams — training, community of practice, best-practice sharing
•Drive continuous improvement and finance transformation across commercial finance — streamlining workflows, automating manual tasks, and adopting best practices
•Serve as the escalation point for complex commercial finance process or system issues, providing guidance and solutions to resolve operational challenges
•Establish process governance — controls, standards adherence, and change management — for commercial finance initiatives, partnering with the Head, Financial Systems & Data Architecture on execution discipline
•Partner with the Financial Systems & Data Architecture team to identify and pilot agentic AI use cases within commercial finance (e.g., automated trade-spend anomaly detection, NLG-based commentary)
The experience we're looking for
•15+ years FP&A experience with a strong commercial/category finance background — direct trade spend management experience is highly valued
•Proven track record designing or scaling trade promotion & marketing investment frameworks across markets
•Comfortable working directly with Commercial/Sales leadership, not just finance peers
•Process excellence exposure preferred; strong analytical and influencing skills given the standardisation mandate
•CPG/FMCG commercial finance background essential
•Comfortable operating within a formal process-governance and controls framework, with change-management experience driving tool and standards adoption across matrixed teams
