Job Description

IT Administrative Assistant

As an IT Administrative Assistant with Landmark Properties, you will provide essential support to our IT department, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems. Your tasks will include assisting with administrative duties, managing hardware and software, and addressing employee IT-related queries.

Duties/Responsibilities: The duties listed below are an outline of the Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list.  As the needs of the organization change, these duties may be modified as needed.

- Assist in creating regular reports.
- Develop and maintain an organized filing system.
- Update and manage office policies and procedures related to IT.
- Assist in equipment orders and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients.

Education & Experience

- High School degree; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities .

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines) and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
