About this role
The Director, Clinical and Quality Services reports to the Premier Physician Network Chief Medical Officer and works in close partnership with the operational and physician leaders to manage, assess, develop, implement and evaluate clinical and quality functions for Premier Physician Network, which encompasses more than 1600 physicians and advanced practice providers serving more than 125 office locations.
The Director will focus on the entire patient experience- quality, safety and service, while working to develop a culture of safety for both patients and caregivers.
Qualifications
Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: Master's degree
Additional requirements:
§ Type of degree : MSN, MPH, MHA, MS or equivalent
§ Area of study or major : healthcare leadership, public health, public policy, quality improvement science or similar
§ Position specific testing requiremen t: Licensed by Ohio Board of Nursing
Experience
Minimum Level of Experience Required: 5 - 7 years of job related experience
Prior job title or occupational experience: Progressive leadership experience
Prior specific functional responsibilities: Prior responsibilities for quality improvement and data integrity
Preferred experience: Preferred experience in relationships with Managed Care Organizations
Other experience requirements: Experience in leadership development required
