We are seeking a Integrated Eligibility Coordinator to join our team.
Hourly Range: $19.79 - $20.19

Actual placement in the range will depend on a candidates job-related skill, experience, education, licensure, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
This role will complete federal benefits eligibility assessments, coordinate related tasks with DCF and KLS partners, request medical, educational, and mental health records, enter federal benefits information into the electronic health record, and monitor the benefits process. The coordinator will also provide administrative assistance during placement changes by completing required school data entry and educational enrollment information each time a youth moves to a new placement. As a member of the Kansas Foster Care team, you will work with other team members and report to our Director of Integrated Care Management.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Director of Integrated Care Management to ensure efficient delivery of federal benefits assessments for children in out-of-home care.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Educational Liaison to ensure efficient delivery of education for children in out-of-home care.
- Maintain organized and accurate medical, education, and mental health records by filing, scanning, uploading, and updating documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Support federal benefits processes by preparing required documentation, completing assessments, assisting from start to finish, being a liaison within the agency, and requesting and uploading documentation in the EHR.
- Support education processes by preparing required documentation, completing the educational enrollment information for school placement, requesting and uploading documentation in the EHR, inputting data entry in the EHR, and tracking necessary data within spreadsheets. If needed to provide support, facilitate BID meetings.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following:
- High school diploma or GED, required.
- Associates degree, preferred.
- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
- A valid drivers license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
