Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Manager, Change & Continuous Improvement on a permanent basis on in our Co-op and External Relations team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and will be based in Saskatoon .
Lead at the centre of how strategy becomes reality in a role responsible for organizational change management and continuous improvement approaches and support. Shape how our organization evolves by enabling leaders to deliver and embed projects and initiatives that strengthen performance and deliver sustainable value while creating a culture of continuous improvement.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Change Management and Continuous Improvement frameworks and governance, establishing consistent standards, best practices, and approaches that enable sustainable outcomes.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to assess needs, develop strategies, and provide strategic advice on change readiness, organizational impacts, and process improvement opportunities.
- Enable successful transformation and improvement initiatives by delivering high-value Change Management and Continuous Improvement solutions, tools, and expertise for complex initiatives.
- Measure impact and drive continuous improvement by evaluating outcomes, monitoring performance, sharing lessons learned, and identifying opportunities to strengthen practices across the organization.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Change Management and Continuous Improvement Specialists, providing coaching, direction, resource allocation, and priority management to deliver business outcomes.
Who you’ll work with:
The Team: You will work within the Strategy Execution Support team which leads the Enterprise Portfolio and provides project management support in addition to your role leading Change Management and Continuous Improvement. This team strives to cultivate a culture of continuous innovation, collaboration and high performance.
The Collaborators: You will work closely with other strategic functions within the department including Strategy Support and Planning and Member Strategy Development as well as business leads, organizational leaders, other departments and peers in Communication, Customer Experience, Employee Experience, Learning & Development and others across FCL.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Business Strategy and :
- Have 8 or more years of experience in continuous improvement, change management or a related field.
- Have a University degree in business administration, commerce or related field (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Are familiar with the wholesale and retail industry.
- Have worked successfully with a variety of leadership levels and other related functions
- Certifications in Change Management and/or Continuous Improvement and experience with multiple methodologies are strong assets
- Are familiar with the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) and the co-operative business model
