Job Description
Assists in routine maintenance tasks, such as minor repairs and upkeep, contributing to the ongoing functionality of facilities and equipment. Assists in coordinating and managing work orders to ensure the organized, timely, and efficient handling of maintenance requests. Documents maintenance activities and issues, contributing to the creation of records for analysis, auditing, and continuous improvement. Provides support in basic space planning activities aimed at optimizing the use of enterprise facilities. Maintains reports from facility inspections that help identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improving facility conditions. Communicates with the maintenance team on various tasks, fostering effective teamwork and coordination that drives efficient maintenance operations. Contributes to creating a culture of safety excellence by following safety protocols and promoting a safe work environment focused on mitigating accidents and injuries. Assists in maintaining documentation related to facility operations, such as power diagrams, network diagrams, and space usage records. Participates in training programs related to facilities and maintenance, enhancing skills and knowledge to improve job performance and professional capabilities.

Entry-level role focusing on supporting day-to day operations by addressing-routine problems with defined solution. Responsible for timely and accurate reporting, basic analysis, and contributing to the improvement of operational processes. The work involves following standard procedures under close supervision, with limited need for innovation or-complex problem-solving. Communication is primarily internal while helping to support decision-making. Tasks are carried out independently within established guidelines, and leadership responsibilities are minimal. The role typically does not require advanced education, relying instead on basic training and adherence to standard work routines.
