Client-Specific Account Processing
Support a designated client or group of accounts by completing required account-processing activities. This may include researching account information, processing validation-of-debt requests, preparing documentation, updating systems, and following specific client requirements and procedures.
Client Support & Reporting
More experienced Client Services Representatives may be assigned directly to support a specific client.
