Meet the Team:

Join Dexcom's Quality team and play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, safety, and quality of life-changing Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) products. As a Quality Inspector, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations, maintain compliance standards, and help ensure that every product meets the highest quality expectations. Where You Come In:

- You will perform in-process and final product reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, proper formatting, signatures, dates, and compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- You will maintain compliance with operating procedures and complete all required training before performing assigned tasks.
- You will ensure manufacturing documentation is legible, complete, accurate, and compliant with quality requirements.
- You will inspect finished product labeling to verify compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
- You will review and approve line clearance activities to support manufacturing readiness.
- You will perform in-process quality audits within manufacturing areas to ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures and GDP standards.
- You will assist with Non-Conforming Material Report (NCMR) activities during the manufacturing of commercial and clinical products.
- You will conduct in-process product inspections and testing to verify quality requirements are met.
- You will develop a strong understanding of manufacturing processes to effectively support quality operations.
- You will provide training and guidance to new team members as needed.
- You will embrace new challenges and support evolving business needs across various areas within the Quality Department.
- You will maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
- You will perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- You have experience working in a regulated manufacturing, quality, or medical device environment, preferred.
- You have familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), quality systems, and manufacturing processes.
- You have experience using or can quickly learn systems such as Agile/PLM, Oracle, Camstar, or similar software platforms.

Experience and Education Requirements:

- Typically requires 0- 2 years of related experience and a High school diploma/certificate or equivalent.
