The Service Partner Program Specialist playd a critical role in supporting effective collaboration and risk management with our service delivery partners. Responsibilities include enabling operational excellence, regulatory compliance, performance oversight, and process control. This role helps ensure seamless collaboration between SCIEX and its contracted service delivery partners by overseeing compliance and performance enablement for channel partners, Authorized Service Providers (ASPs), and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Working closely with Service, Quality, Procurement, Legal, and regional teams, you will help ensure partners are equipped to deliver high-quality service while meeting SCIEX standards and regulatory requirements.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Service Processes, is part of the Global Service Support team, and will be ONSITE at our facility in Concord, Canada .

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Administer and maintain Global Service partner programs by managing the end-to-end partner lifecycle, including onboarding, qualification, authorization, monitoring, renewal, and offboarding of Authorized Service Providers (ASPs), channel partners, and OEM service providers, ensuring that program records, agreements, and approvals remain current.

- Maintain compliance and audit readiness by ensuring partner documentation, approved supplier records, certifications, and other required evidence meet quality, regulatory, and internal requirements, and by coordinating the closure of identified gaps and corrective actions.

- Drive partner enablement and operational effectiveness by coordinating training, certification, technical resources, system access, documentation, and software required for authorized service activities, while identifying process improvements and promoting consistent best practices across regions.

- Provide program governance, reporting, and risk oversight by monitoring key metrics, compliance status, certification expirations, and operational risks, and maintaining appropriate controls over partner access to SCIEX systems, intellectual property, technical documentation, and software licenses.

- Coordinate cross-functional execution of partner programs by partnering with Service, Quality, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Sales, and regional leaders to resolve issues, align requirements, support partner-related decisions, and ensure consistent application of global standards.

The essential requirements of the job include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or Engineering or equivalent work experience.

- 3+ years of experience supporting operational, quality, compliance, or field service programs

- 1+ experience maintaining records, documentation, and process controls

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems used for tracking compliance and supplier data, with Strong organizational and administrative skills

Travel Requirements:

- This position may require up to 10% travel. Travel will primarily be domestic but may occasionally be international.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Strong project management skills, including cross-functional collaboration, reporting, KPI tracking, and process documentation to achieve goals and objectives in a timely manner

- Experience supporting supplier, channel partner, or contractor management programs

- Experience working within a regulated or quality-managed environment, including supporting audits and corrective action activities

The annual salary range for this role is CAD75,000.00 - CAD85,000.00 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
