Your Opportunity to Make an Impact

At Ball, the Talent Acquisition Assistant plays a key role in supporting recruitment operations and creating a positive candidate experience. This position partners closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure recruitment activities are coordinated efficiently, candidates remain informed and engaged throughout the process, and hiring outcomes are achieved effectively.

How You'll Make a Difference

- Support recruitment processes through administrative activities that improve efficiency and execution across hiring stages.

- Coordinate candidate interviews, including phone, virtual, and onsite scheduling activities.

- Leading a variety of preboarding activities that engage new employees and set them up for success as they begin their career at Ball.

- Provide timely support to candidates, answer process-related questions, and help maintain engagement throughout the recruitment journey.

- Support regional and local outreach programs to increase candidate flow and D&I outreach success; while ensuring proper use of platforms and advertisement tools.

- Support hiring events and high-volume recruitment initiatives.

What Helps You Thrive in This Role

- University degree or equivalent experience.

- Experience providing administrative support and customer service, preferably in talent acquisition or human resources.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively partner with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.

- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while consistently following through on projects and tasks.

- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently, manage competing demands, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies; experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.

- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency required.

Additional Information

- Location: São José dos Campos/SP - Brazil

- Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
