🌳🚜 NOW HIRING: TREE CREW LEADER 🚜🌳 💰 Pay: $30-$35 per hour 🕒 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 📍 Full-Time Position 🌟 Leadership Growth Opportunities Available! Are you an experienced Tree Climber ready to lead a crew and advance your career? We're seeking a Tree Crew Leader who can safely oversee tree care operations, mentor team members, and deliver exceptional service to customers.
🌲 What You'll Do ✅ Lead and supervise a tree care crew on daily projects ✅ Perform and oversee tree pruning, trimming, and removals ✅ Conduct tree identification and assessments ✅ Perform climbing, aerial lift, and ground crew operations ✅ Install cabling and bracing systems ✅ Manage tree planting and ongoing tree care services ✅ Ensure safe operation of chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and equipment ✅ Promote a strong safety culture and maintain crew productivity ⚠️ ✅ Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service 🤝 ✅ Respond to occasional emergency storm-related call-outs 🌪️🌨️
✅ Qualifications ✔️ Minimum 1 years of professional tree climbing experience ✔️ Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred ✔️ Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record 🚗 ✔️ Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card (CDL NOT required) ✔️ Strong communication and team leadership skills ✔️ Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety ✔️ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions ☀️🌧️❄️ ✔️ Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
