Compensation : $25.00 hourly

Overview:
Colonial Country Club is seeking an experienced Pizza Master to join our culinary team. Responsibilities include preparing dough, sauces, and toppings; managing pizza oven operations; and consistently delivering high-quality pizzas for our members and guests. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, experienced in pizza preparation, and committed to food safety and teamwork. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare pizzas out of our menu and based on custom order.

- Bake a wide variety of pizza doughs, including thin crust, thick crust, and cheese stuffed.

- Make fresh tomato, pesto, and white cream sauce.

- Wash and chop vegetables (for example, tomatoes, peppers, onions, and mushrooms).

- Cut, slice, and grill meats like chicken, ham, and beef.

- Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed.

- Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment.

Requirements and skills:

- Work experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a restaurant.

- Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza dough.

- Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and brick or stone oven.

- Understanding of food hygiene.

- Good time-management skills.

- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Working Conditions:

- Physical activity including long periods (6-8 hours) of standing, walking and bending.

- The employee will be required regularly to reach with arms and hands.

- The employee occasionally will be required to lift up to 50lbs.
