Join the British Council and help deliver high-quality examination services that open doors to education, employment and professional opportunities through trusted UK qualifications.

As a Delivery Network Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of examinations and post-exams services within your location. Working as part of a collaborative operational team, you will help create a positive experience for candidates, venues, examiners and partners while maintaining the highest standards of quality, security and customer service.

This varied role covers all stages of the exam lifecycle, from receiving, storing and preparing co nfidential examination materials to supporting test day delivery and post-exam processing. This includes preparing and distributing exam materials, coordinating transport and logistics, ensuring test day resources and equipment are available, and maintaining accurate tracking and reconciliation processes. You will also support the scanning and submission of exam papers, processing of results, production and distribution of certificates, and management of enquiries on results.

The role also involves supporting financial administration, audit activities, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring British Council policies and procedures are followed at all times. You will work closely with colleagues, suppliers and contractors, managing multiple priorities while identifying and escalating issues that may impact service delivery or customer experience.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with experience in administration, operations, logistics, service delivery or a similar environment. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with care. Experience in examinations, education, events or another regulated operational setting would be advantageous.
