WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE(WITH FORKLIFT)

Job Title: Light Industrial - Warehouse Associate(with Forklift Op.)

Job Information: •       Shift day: Monday – Friday | 5AM to 2PM
•       Pay rate: $18/Hour - $20.00/Hour DOE (Opportunities for Overtime in evenings/week-end) ??????? Location: 3404 West Flower Street, Phoenix, AZ 85017 (https://www.google.com/maps/search/3404+West+Flower+Street,+Phoenix,+AZ+85017?entry=gmail&source=g) ???????Safety toe shoes are required every shift (Safety vests and working gloves provided on site).
•       Dress code: casual attire (jeans, hoodies, T-shirts, etc.). Safety is the priority, so avoid wearing loose clothing or accessories that can potentially get caught in machinery. Safety toe shoes are required.
What You Will Do:
•       Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization.
•       Order filling, including wire cutting & pipe order filling.
•       Safe forklift/equipment usage
•       Shipping and receiving products
•       Assisting with loading/offloading freight or delivery trucks
•       Other warehouse duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring:
•       Pro-active and self-motivated mindset
•       Willingness to learn from mistakes to increase productivity and accuracy.
•       Ability to learn use of handheld (RF) scanners and operating systems.
•       Good oral & written communication skills
•       Team oriented.
•       Safety awareness
•       Desire to learn and grow in responsibilities.
•       Ability to operate forklift equipment such as: Order Picker and Sit-down Forklift.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
•       Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
•       Warehouse environment
•       Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
•       Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance
•       Temp to Hire opportunities depending on performance and business needs.
