Job Overview
We are looking for an Accounts Administrator ( AR) to support project billing, invoicing, reconciliations, timesheets, and receivables. The role will ensure accurate billing, maintain customer and job records, and monitor outstanding revenue across internal and client systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process project transactions and allocate costs and revenues to the correct job and project codes.
- Prepare and monitor timesheets, invoices, billing schedules, and payment records .
- Perform reconciliations and monitor project costs, revenue, retention, and unbilled transactions.
- Coordinate invoicing through SAP Ariba and other client platforms and support month- end activities.
- Maintain accurate customer, project, and job records and respond to billing and receivables queries.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .
- At least 3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, finance administration, or project accounting support .
- Hands-on experience in invoicing, reconciliations, timesheets, payment tracking, and financial record maintenance .
- Experience using ERP or finance systems ; exposure to IFS, Track, SAP Ariba, or similar systems .
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills .
- Willing to work full-time onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City, Monday to Friday, morning shift.
