We are looking for an Accounts Officer to provide hands- on finance support to an Australian recruitment business, with a focus on accounts receivable, billing, reconciliations, timesheets, payroll preparation, and day-to-day finance administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily banking, remittance matching, Xero receipting, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, overdue follow-ups, client queries, and debtor reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices, progress claims, quotes, and client billing submissions.
- Validate timesheets and payroll inputs, investigate discrepancies, and complete pre-processing checks.
- Maintain accurate finance, contractor, and workforce records, while supporting month-end, reconciliations, trackers, and reporting activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field , with at least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, accounts receivable, payroll administration, or a similar role.
- Strong experience in high-volume reconciliations, receipt matching, financial record maintenance, and transactional processing .
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and accounting/ payroll systems ; Xero experience is advantageous.
- Experience supporting Australian client, and recruitment or labour- hire businesses is highly regarded.
- Willing to work full-time onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City, Monday to Friday, morning shift.
