About this role

Vancouver Clinic is hiring Medical Assistants on our Pediatrics team! This role supports patient care by rooming patients, collecting health information, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with procedures. The ideal candidate works well as part of a cohesive team, maintains a positive attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. *Experienced CNAs and certified EMTs are welcome to apply.

Available Locations and Schedules

Columbia Tech Center (501 SE 172nd Ave - Vancouver, WA 98684) - Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts

Battle Ground (2005 W. Main Street - Battle Ground, WA 98604) - Monday through Friday, 7:30a-4:30p

Hiring rate

Generally between $20.59-$26.01 per hour and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of credentials and experience.

With active Washington State Department of Health Medical Assistant -Certified credential, hiring range is generally between $22.25-$27.48 and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Required completion of one of the following : Combination of experience and training resulting in a nationally recognized MA certification  or  completion of a formal MA program  or  formal medical services training program of the United States Armed Forces  or * EMT training and certification  or  experience and licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant.   Must obtain Washington State Medical Assistant credential within required timeframe and maintain in active status throughout employment.

- Current healthcare provider BLS required

- Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.

Pay Range:
$20.19 - $28.27
