What Youll Do
- Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs.
- Promote Independence: Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines.
- Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents conditions and report concerns promptly.
- Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Create Comfort: Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment throughout the overnight hours.
- Protect Dignity: Provide dependable support with patience, respect, and compassion.
What Youll Bring
- CNA Required: Must have an active CNA credential.
