About the Role

The Product Portfolio Manager is responsible for driving the performance of the Corporate Solutions product portfolio against customer values and set KPIs. The role leverages data analytics to ensure robust commercial and distribution governance and collaborates with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement measures that optimize overall product and channel mix.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Track, analyze and report on product and total portfolio performance and experience indicators to recommend adjustments to Corporate Solutions’ product mix, identifying opportunities for optimizing portfolio profitability and new business value;

·       Evaluate cross-channel performance, audit commission structures and incentive distributions, ensuring continuous alignment with financial baselines and operational compliance;

·       Coordinate with Actuarial on factors affecting VONB and VONB margin, GOE allowables, and their correlation to VONB;

·       Partner directly with Actuarial, Underwriting and Sales teams to evaluate competitor actions and market trends, helping translate data into agile product updates and channel actions;

·       Support the Management and Product team in preparing mid-term business plans, ensuring that product strategies and portfolio targets align with corporate forecasts;

·       Development and regular review of CS Portfolio Management Framework, Policy and Procedures;

·       Establish and govern regular data collection and automated report generation procedures, collaborating with stakeholders in validating data sources and baseline assumptions for Corporate Solutions;

·       Perform ad-hoc data analysis and report and drive function-related transformation activities, as required.

Minimum Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Mathematics, Finance or other data-related field;
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an insurance or corporate employee benefits setting;
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of insurance products and key insurance metrics and has proactively taken ownership of product portfolio-related initiatives;

- Advanced data analytical capabilities using MS Excel and business intelligence software (e.g., Preferably Power BI; SQL is an advantage) for report automation;
