The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the People & Culture stream across major enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's future operating model. As the Organisation Design and Future of Work Lead, you will partner with Executive Leaders, Program Sponsors and key stakeholders to design and implement organisational structures, workforce strategies and operating models that enable long-term business success.

You will lead strategic organisation design and workforce transformation programs, ensuring people, capability and culture considerations are embedded into critical business decisions. Working across multiple concurrent transformation projects, you will influence organisational effectiveness, improve productivity and employee experience, and help create a future-ready workforce.

This role offers the ability to drive meaningful change, contribute to enterprise-wide strategic outcomes and work closely with senior leaders to deliver sustainable organisational transformation.

To Do This Successfully You Will

- Lead the People & Culture workstream across multiple enterprise transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
- Design and implement future-state operating models aligned to business strategy and organisational priorities.
- Conduct organisation design reviews, including current-state assessments, future-state design and implementation planning.
- Perform spans and layers analysis to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, accountability and decision-making.
- Develop workforce transformation strategies, workforce impact assessments and capability plans that support future business needs.
- Facilitate leadership workshops and engage senior stakeholders to align on organisation design and workforce decisions.
- Build strong partnerships across Executive Leadership, Finance, Strategy, Technology, People & Culture and business teams.
- Establish and manage transformation governance, project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and reporting frameworks.
- Lead change management activities that drive adoption, engagement and successful transition to new ways of working.
- Prepare executive presentations, business cases, governance papers and benefits realisation reporting.
- Translate complex business challenges into practical organisation development and workforce solutions.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Successful Applicants Will Demonstrate

- Extensive experience within Organisation Development, Organisation Design, Workforce Transformation or related disciplines.
- Proven success leading complex enterprise-wide transformation and organisational change programs.
- Strong expertise in organisation design methodologies, operating model design, organisational effectiveness and workforce planning.
- Experience conducting spans and layers analysis and implementing structural improvements.
- A deep understanding of workforce strategy, future of work principles, capability development and organisational agility.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Executive and Senior Leaders without formal authority.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance people outcomes with financial, operational and strategic objectives.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from design through implementation.
- Advanced facilitation, consultation and problem-solving capabilities within large and complex organisations.
- A pragmatic, results-focused approach combined with strong strategic thinking and change leadership capabilities.
