What You’ll Do:
1. Facilities Operations & Strategy
- Lead end-to-end facilities management for all sites in ZP Korea, including building maintenance, cold chain infrastructure, and environmental monitoring systems.
- Develop and execute market-level facilities strategies aligned with regional standards and business objectives, including capital asset maintenance plans.
- Manage facility operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, safety standards and company policies.
2. Facility & Equipment Management
- Maintain critical facility equipment to the highest level of service and performance, ensuring the stable operation of Cold Chain rooms and temperature/humidity control across all areas.
- Oversee the maintenance of all building infrastructure, including electricity, water supply, fire prevention facilities, high racks, and forklifts.
- Lead regular temperature mapping tests and manage the calibration process for all required devices to ensure GSDP/KGSP compliance.
3. Financial & Vendor Management
- Develop and manage country facilities' budgets, forecasts, and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external service providers, monitoring their performance through KPIs and SLAs.
4. Risk Management & Sustainability
- Ensure effective risk management, business continuity planning (BCP), and emergency preparedness for all sites.
- Drive sustainability and ESG-related initiatives at the market level.
5. Audit Support & Quality Compliance
- Maintain comprehensive documentation across facility operations, equipment validations, maintenance logs, and environmental monitoring.
- Lead facility audit readiness for regulatory inspections (KGSP / GSDP), client/principal quality audits, and ISO/global compliance standards.
6. People Management
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of facility engineers to build technical capability, ownership, and engagement.
- Lead logistics employee training for fire-prevention drill, required KGSP guidelines.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in facilities or engineering management, with multi-site responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience in a managerial role, managing teams of engineers and overseeing facilities operations.
- Hands-on experience managing budgets, CAPEX projects, and supplier contracts.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electricity, fire-prevention), regulatory requirements, and facilities' best practices.
- Fluent in both Korean and English, with professional proficiency for business communication.
- Must have no disqualifications for business travel (both domestic and international).

- Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Logistics/Supply Chain industries.
- Ability to read and interpret building drawings.
- Proactive and hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
