About the role

The Replenishment Manager role exists to ensure optimal CFC operational performance across Replenishment activities in the CFC (General Merchandise, Grocery, Cigarettes, Chiller and Frozen). This role will lead, manage and support the Inventory, Replenishment and Fresh teams to provide an exceptional level of service to all Online customers by ensuring stock is available when required to support picking of Online orders. This role will report into the Assistant Customer Fulfilment Centre Manager - Inventory and Replenishment. As a part of creating a safe working environment, all candidates for this role can expect to undergo a pre-employment medical check as part of the recruitment process.

What you'll do

- Drive customer loyalty by achieving optimal order targets and budgets.
- Collaborate with the fulfilment team to ensure high On Shelf (OSA) and reduce Out of Stocks (OOS).
- Meet stock loss targets by adhering to processes and following safe manual handling routines.
- Partner with the line manager and stakeholders to meet sales budgets, achieve wage cost and items per labour hour (IPLH) targets, and assist in reviewing costs and efficiencies to adhere to Cost of Doing Business (CODB) budgets.
- Use tools and reports to forecast online sales uplifts and adjust replenishment forecasts accordingly.

- Demonstrated experience in retail leadership roles
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members
- Experience in leading and implementing change initiatives
- Understanding of online order fulfilment processes and systems
- Knowledgeable in inventory management, production, and replenishment practices
- Experienced in leading and developing diverse teams
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Effective time management, planning, and organisational tasks
- Experience in team member development and engagement
- Experience in using computer, digital tools and resources
