As Media Performance & Audience Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting RT Health's media activity, ensuring campaigns are planned, delivered and optimised to achieve meaningful business outcomes.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners, you'll oversee day-to-day media operations across paid channels, monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency and return on investment.

This role sits at the intersection of media, data and audience strategy. You'll use insights from platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau and media reporting tools to understand campaign performance, uncover trends and provide recommendations that help shape marketing decisions.

You'll also be responsible for identifying and activating first-party audience opportunities, partnering with teams across Analytics, CRM, Marketing Automation and Customer Data to improve targeting, personalisation and campaign performance.

Alongside campaign delivery and optimisation, you'll contribute to media capability and technology projects, supporting the ongoing evolution of HCF's AdTech and MarTech ecosystem and helping bring new ideas, tools and ways of working to life.

About You

You're a commercially minded media professional who enjoys combining data, insights and audience strategy to deliver stronger marketing outcomes.

You bring experience across media operations, campaign optimisation and performance reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations that influence decision-making. You're equally comfortable working with stakeholders, agency partners and technical teams, building strong relationships and driving outcomes through collabor ation.

You'll bring:

- Experience in media, digital marketing, marketing analytics, audience strategy or a related field.
- Experience managing and optimising paid media campaigns across channels, particularly paid search, paid social and programmatic media.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience using Adobe Analytics, Tableau or similar reporting platforms.
- Experience working with first-party data, audience segmentation and audience activation strategies.
- Knowledge of media measurement, attribution, optimisation and reporting methodologies.
- Exposure to AdTech and MarTech platforms and a genuine interest in emerging media technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive, curious and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within health insurance, financial services or a similarly regulated industry will be highly regarded, but not essential.
