About the Opportunity
RACV is looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development and delivery of secure, scalable Salesforce solutions. This hands-on leadership role will drive engineering excellence across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud while mentoring developers and partnering with cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end design, development and deployment of Salesforce solutions
- Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Aura
- Lead code reviews, design sessions and technical workshops
- Champion automation, DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Maintain integrations with third-party applications, APIs and middleware, including Azure Integration Services and MuleSoft
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams and product owners
- Identify technical debt and recommend system improvements
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, data governance and coding standards
- Mentor and coach developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
- Substantial technical leadership and industry experience, generally 10+ years
- Strong Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components and Aura
- Knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and responsive UI frameworks
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, Azure Integration Services or MuleSoft
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- A relevant degree and extensive industry experience
- Exposure to CPQ, FinancialForce or other financial ERP solutions will be advantageous
