Responsibilities

- Lead and manage overall branch operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and alignment with the bank's distribution strategies.
- Drive the achievement of branch business targets, including wealth management, customer acquisition, and financial advisory services.
- Analyze branch performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and optimize operational efficiency.
- Coach, mentor, and develop branch staff, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting career progression within the team.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal compliance standards, and risk management frameworks.
- Manage key customer relationships and resolve complex service escalations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in branch management, team leadership, or distribution roles within the consumer banking sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.
- Deep understanding of retail banking products, wealth management services, and financial regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of managing, motivating, and developing diverse teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
