About this role
We are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Executive to manage the end-to-end movement of goods from suppliers to the warehouse and customers. The role involves supplier coordination, cost negotiation, inventory integrity, order dispatch, sample management, and timely response to customer queries while ensuring supply chain efficiency and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure goods reach the warehouse within the planned ETA and maintain a maximum variance of 5 days for at least 90% of shipments.
- Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate material costs to achieve cost reductions or maintain existing cost levels.
- Negotiate with FTWZ partners to optimize logistics and handling costs.
- Maintain at least 95% accuracy between physical stock and book stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and achieve an inventory turnover ratio of 4 times per year.
- Identify slow-moving stocks that have remained unsold for more than 90 days and inform the Sales team by the 7th of every month.
- Ensure 90% of customer orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Ensure samples are dispatched to customers within 2 days of receiving the request from the Sales team.
- Track shipments, deliveries, inventory movement, and pending orders.
- Respond to customer queries within 24 hours of receiving the request.
- Identify opportunities to reduce supply chain costs and improve delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Any Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, or Order Management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, supplier coordination, logistics, and inventory management.
- Good understanding of warehouse and order fulfillment processes.
- Hands-on experience in inventory reconciliation and maintaining stock accuracy.
- Knowledge of inventory turnover and slow-moving inventory management.
- Ability to coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
