As the Lab Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing all laboratory operations related to our residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all laboratory operations for residential projects

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols

- Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure smooth operations

- Conduct quality control checks on materials and equipment

- Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
