Provide general administration support to QBE Recoveries including credit control management, system administration, and financial administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Process claims amendments and maintain accurate claim records
- Complete claim lifecycle administrative tasks, including claim updates, file transfers, closures, reopen requests, and ownership changes.
- Review and action correspondence received through shared mailboxes and ensure documentation is attached and recorded accurately across all applicable systems.
- Process recovery-related transactions, including receipts, excess recoveries, uninsured loss recoveries, fees, and settlement payments.
- Support file maintenance activities to ensure claims are compliant with business requirements and data quality standards.
- Monitor and action assigned work queues, diaries, and administrative tasks within agreed service levels.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure system updates have been successfully completed and reflected across all required platforms.
- Identify and escalate system issues, process gaps, or claim discrepancies impacting claim administration activities.
- Assist with portfolio cleanup, backlog reduction initiatives, and operational projects as required.
- Maintain compliance with internal procedures, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Collaborate with Recoveries Specialists, Team Leaders, and other stakeholders to support efficient claim management and recovery outcomes.
Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience Required Experience
• 3 years relevant experience
