Job Purpose
Responsible for day-to-day operation, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of MEP and critical facility systems, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient building operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate electrical, HVAC, DG, UPS, BMS, plumbing and fire & life-safety systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per approved schedules and SOPs.
- Attend technical breakdowns and complaints, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and monitor operating parameters of critical systems.
- Coordinate with AMC/OEM vendors and supervise maintenance activities at site.
- Maintain PPM schedules, equipment logs, service reports and breakdown records.
- Support statutory inspections, audits, emergency drills and compliance activities.
- Follow EHS requirements including PTW, LOTO, PPE and safe work practices.
- Monitor energy and utility consumption and support energy-efficiency initiatives.
- Provide technical support during emergencies, shutdowns and critical facility operations.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or related engineering discipline.
- 3–6 years of relevant facilities management / building operations experience.
- Good knowledge of MEP systems, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and vendor coordination.
- Good communication, documentation, problem-solving and customer-service skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CMMS / Helpdesk systems.
