What you’ll be doing...
Payment card transactions live perilous lives, they’re subject to all sorts of attacks, from card skimmers to malware. You’ll be helping our global customers avoid risk and stay compliant by assessing the security of their cardholder-data management systems. You’ll be helping our customers protect their businesses, their data, and most of all—their reputations.
- Assessing customer security systems against industry and compliance standards.
- Helping customers understand where their systems may be vulnerable.
- Making recommendations to improve customer systems security.
- Ensuring customer engagements run smoothly.

You are curious and thorough. You enjoy finding security gaps—or even better anticipate them-- and figuring out ways to repair them. You’re a great teammate and you build trusting relationships with customers. You can balance multiple projects and you’re not afraid of a deadline or two. And you understand the importance of your role in keeping your customer’s private information safe and secure.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
- Experience working as consultant for information security solutions, especially in a professional services environment.
- Hands-on experience using firewall, network administration, security architecture, security engineering, penetration testing, or similar tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time and work from home the rest of the time.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- A degree.
- Certifications in PA-DSS and/or P2PE-QSA; CISSP or CISA; PCI-QSA or PCI-ISA.
- Technical experience working with financial institutions, auditing IT security controls, or performing Level 1 PCI assessments.
- Knowledge of PCI DSS requirements and validation methodologies.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, information security and PCI compliance.
- Spanish language skills.
