What you’ll be doing...

The National Device Depot is essential to safeguard continuous end-to-end device logistics, imaging, and distribution. Establishing a white-glove distribution model ensures that every hardware asset is completely provisioned, secured, and activated before shipment—delivering a seamless, plug-and-play experience that eliminates user-side setup friction.

This role directly supports key business functions, including rapid-response crisis management team deployments, logistics for retail offsite engagements, high-priority Public Relations media activation and hardware requests, new hire and leadership support for Learning & Careers teams training curriculum, employee device programs launch support, and specialized zero-touch device provisioning for employee international travel to high-risk regions.

Verizon is looking for an innovative and driven leader who will be responsible for enhancing our existing distribution process and maturing our current processes within the CSO landscape. A Strategic Employees Programs Analyst works in a fast paced collaborative environment and is required to be adaptable, open to learning and teaching, and able to think creatively to effectively navigate the evolving project and distribution landscape

Responsibilities include:

- Inventory, catalog, ship, and receive devices for Learning & Careers, Crisis Management Team, and Retail teams with 100% pre-configuration accuracy and strict turnaround targets.
- Managing Public Relations team mailbox activation requests and concession account maintenance, maintaining a <4-hour response window and 100% account auditing compliance.
- Managing on-hand physical inventory at Device Depot with 99% inventory tracking precision to support ad-hoc requests within a 12-hour fulfillment window.
- Executing Device Depot monetization by cataloging and shipping 100% of end-of-life devices and accessories quarterly to maximize asset recovery value.
- Supporting local marketing with deploying equipment for event use and retail offsite engagements.
- Providing zero-touch, travel-ready device provisioning with 0-minute user setup time for international deployments to high-risk countries while maintaining 100% security compliance.
- Inventory, catalog, ship, and receive 5G routers to retail locations within a strict 48-hour service level agreement (SLA).
- Managing swag distribution for OEM (Samsung, Google, Motorola, Apple) programs and retail attire teams, achieving a 99.5% order fulfillment accuracy rate.

In this role, you'll have a defined work location in office 40 hours a week.

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or device management
- Experience managing end-to-end device logistics, inventory cataloging, imaging, and white-glove distribution models.
- Demonstrated capability to manage high-volume ad-hoc requests and maintain high inventory tracking precision.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work
- Experience in zero-touch device provisioning and security compliance for high-risk international deployments.
- Familiarity with concession account administration, Public Relations media activations, and OEM program logistics.
- Proven track record of asset monetization and end-of-life device recovery workflows.
- Experience supporting rapid-response logistics for crisis management teams and disaster deployments.
- Strong proficiency with inventory management systems and request intake workflows (e.g., Google Forms).

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
