ดูแลและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้ากลุ่ม High Net Worth (HNW) และ Affluent ในการให้คำแนะนำและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมเพื่อตอบสนองเป้าหมายทางการเงินของลูกค้า
ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
* บริหารจัดการและพัฒนาฐานลูกค้ากลุ่ม HNW และ Affluent อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
* วิเคราะห์ความต้องการและเป้าหมายทางการเงินของลูกค้า เพื่อนำเสนอโซลูชั่นการลงทุนและผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินที่หลากหลาย เช่น กองทุนรวม ตราสารหนี้ ประกันชีวิต และผลิตภัณฑ์ด้านการธนาคารอื่นๆ
* ให้คำปรึกษาและคำแนะนำทางการเงินอย่างมืออาชีพ เพื่อช่วยให้ลูกค้าบรรลุเป้าหมายทางการเงินและเพิ่มความมั่งคั่ง
* สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและยั่งยืนกับลูกค้า รวมถึงการรักษาและขยายฐานลูกค้า
* ติดตามและประเมินผลการลงทุนของลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และปรับกลยุทธ์ให้เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ตลาดและความต้องการของลูกค้า
* ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และนโยบายของธนาคารและหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเคร่งครัด
* เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาความรู้ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์และการลงทุนอย่างต่อเนื่อง
คุณสมบัติ
* ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงิน การธนาคาร เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในสายงาน Private Banking, Wealth Management หรือ Personal Banking
* มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (IC License) และ/หรือใบอนุญาตตัวแทนประกันชีวิต/วินาศภัย จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
* มีความรู้ความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งในผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินและการลงทุนต่างๆ
* มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าที่เป็นเลิศ
* มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา
* มีความกระตือรือร้น มุ่งมั่นในการทำงาน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
* มีทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
