You'll make a difference by • Providing day-to-day team support by coordinating administrative activities and helping the team operate efficiently. • Handling administrative processes by maintaining records, coordinating purchase or invoice-related activities, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up. • Process Improvement: Regularly review existing processes and administrative workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for automation. • Digital Champion: Serve as an early adopter and internal advocate for new productivity tools, AI assistants, and digital collaboration platforms. • Smart Meeting Culture: Facilitate efficient meetings by helping prepare structured agendas, ensuring actionable follow-ups, and utilizing our virtual collaboration platforms. • Supporting our internal and external communication by creating presentations, reports, correspondence, social media posts and other materials with accuracy and attention to detail. • Supporting team activities and events by coordinating workshops, meetings, onboarding activities, and internal events, including venues and logistics where required.
Your defining qualities • Relevant experience with demonstrated experience in an administrative, team assistant, executive assistant, or similar support role. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, meetings, and administrative tasks effectively. • Clear communication with strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to interact professionally with stakeholders at different levels. • Digital proficiency with good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications. Familiarity with AI tools is a strong plus. • Attention to detail with a structured, reliable approach and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work. • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, service-oriented approach, good judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
