Praktikum im Human Resources (ca. 6 Monate) in Köln.

Start: März 2027

In der Region Central & Northern Europe betreuen wir ca. 230 Mitarbeitende in Deutschland, Schweden, Norwegen, Österreich und Schweiz. Als fester Bestandteil des HR-Teams unterstützt du bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von HR-Projekten, insbesondere für den DACH-Raum. Dabei gewinnst du tiefe Einblicke in die Abläufe einer Personalabteilung, vom Office Management über die Personalgewinnung und -entwicklung bis hin zu spannenden Employer Branding Projekten.

Deine Hauptaufgaben:

- Du supportest das HR-Team in der Betreuung unserer Mitarbeitenden und im allgemeinen Tagesgeschäft.

- Du unterstützt uns im Employer Branding und Hochschulmarketing, indem du Recruiting-Veranstaltungen planst und organisierst sowie ansprechende Kommunikationsmaterialien in Zusammenarbeit mit einer Agentur entwickelst.

- Innerhalb unserer Personalentwicklungsstrategie suchst du nach passenden Trainings und Coachings für unsere Mitarbeitenden und unterstützt in deren Organisation.

- Deine Kreativität bringst du in weitere spannende Projekte ein, wie beispielsweise in der einheitlichen, länderübergreifenden Gestaltung unserer Benefits.

- Du organisiert die betrieblichen Gesundheitsmaßnahmen und arbeitsmedizinischen Untersuchungen.

- Du unterstützt im Tagesgeschäft des Office Managements (u.A. Bearbeitung der Ein- und Ausgangspost, Koordination des Personalverkaufs, Bestellungen, Annahme von Lieferungen).

- Du erstellst Organigramme, Übersichten und unterschiedliche HR-Reports.

Dein Profil:

- Ein fortgeschrittenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalentwicklung/Wirtschaftspsychologie, oder eine vergleichbare Studienrichtung

- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Human Resources oder Office Management, beispielsweise durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeit

- Leidenschaft für die FMCG-Welt – erste Erfahrungen in diesem Umfeld sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

- Deine analytischen und organisatorischen Fähigkeiten zeichnen dich genauso aus wie deine Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

- Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, sodass du deine Aufgaben proaktiv und selbständig angehst

- Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) ist für dich selbstverständlich

- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

Human Resources Internship (approx. 6 months) – Cologne

Start Date: March 2027

In the Central & Northern Europe region, we support approximately 230 employees across Germany, Sweden, Norway, Austria, and Switzerland. As an integral part of the HR team, you will support the design and implementation of HR projects, particularly within the DACH region. You will gain valuable insights into all areas of Human Resources, from office management and talent acquisition to talent development and employer branding initiatives.

Your Main Responsibilities

- Support the HR team in employee management and day-to-day HR operations.

- Assist with employer branding and university marketing activities by planning and organizing recruiting events and developing engaging communication materials in collaboration with external agencies.

- Identify suitable training and coaching opportunities for employees as part of our talent development strategy and support their organization.

- Contribute creatively to exciting HR projects, such as harmonizing employee benefits across different countries.

- Organize occupational health initiatives and workplace medical examinations.

- Support day-to-day office management activities, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating employee product sales, placing orders, and receiving deliveries.

- Prepare organizational charts, overviews, and various HR reports.

Your Profile

- Advanced studies in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Human Resources Development, Organizational Psychology, or a comparable field.

- Initial practical experience in Human Resources or Office Management through internships or working student positions.

- Passion for the FMCG industry; prior experience in this environment is an advantage but not required.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills combined with enthusiasm and a collaborative mindset.

- Quick learner with a proactive approach and the ability to take ownership and work independently.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
