### About the Role
We are looking for a Marketplace Operations Intern to support the day-to-day management of our e-commerce marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and interested in understanding how online businesses operate behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, etc.
- Support product listing, catalogue updates, pricing, inventory, and content management .
- Monitor product availability and flag stock or listing issues.
- Track orders, cancellations, returns, and other marketplace-related metrics.
- Help maintain marketplace trackers and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Support promotional and sale-event activities.
- Monitor product ratings, reviews, and account health.
- Ensure marketplace data and product information remain accurate and updated.
Requirements
- Interest in e-commerce and online marketplaces .
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work with multiple tasks and deadlines.
