# Full Stack Developer

### Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to manage and develop Simandhar’s web platforms, backend systems, internal tools, integrations, and technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong experience across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud deployment, performance optimization, SEO, and third-party integrations , with hands-on knowledge of React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, AWS, and CI/CD .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and Next.js .
- Build responsive, interactive, accessible, and conversion-focused web applications and landing pages.
- Work with Next.js SSR, SSG, ISR, API Routes , and other modern application features.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs, backend services, webhooks, and third-party integrations .
- Design and manage MongoDB schemas, Mongoose models, indexing, queries, and aggregation pipelines .
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, NextAuth.js, OAuth, or Firebase Auth .
- Build reusable UI components using React.js, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI .
- Implement application state management using Redux and Context API .
- Integrate third-party APIs, CRM platforms, payment gateways, analytics tools, and other business applications.
- Optimize applications for performance, SEO, accessibility, Core Web Vitals, and user experience .
- Manage application deployment using AWS, Vercel, PM2, CloudFront, and CI/CD pipelines .
- Work with Git and Azure DevOps for source control, code management, and deployments.
- Develop and maintain internal tools for Sales, Marketing, Operations, Accounts, and other business teams .
- Implement GTM, GA4, conversion tracking, lead attribution, and marketing integrations .
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, API failures, integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and application bugs .
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, UAT, deployment, documentation, and ongoing application support .
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js .
- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Mongoose, database design, indexing, and aggregation .
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, API integrations, and backend architecture .
- Experience with SSR, SSG, ISR, API Routes, Redux, and Context API .
- Experience with AWS/Vercel, CI/CD, PM2, CloudFront, and deployment workflows .
- Knowledge of TypeScript is an advantage.
- Understanding of SEO, website performance, caching, and security best practices .
- Experience with GTM, GA4, analytics, and conversion tracking is preferred.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of Agile development methodologies .

A hands-on Full Stack Developer who can independently manage development across the frontend and backend, work with integrations and infrastructure, troubleshoot production issues, and take ownership of projects from requirement gathering through development, deployment, and ongoing support .
