Job Description – IT Analyst

Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+ Years Work Mode: Work from Office
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst to independently manage the organization's complete IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, user access, IT assets, software, security, and technical support. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, maintaining system security, and providing timely technical assistance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, access permissions, group policies, and Windows Server administration.
- Manage IT assets, including desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, inventory tracking, allocation, retrieval, and maintenance.
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, applications, and hardware.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPN connectivity, and internet-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, endpoint security, antivirus, firewalls, backups, and access controls.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues across departments.
- Manage software licenses, IT procurement requirements, vendor coordination, and renewals.
- Maintain IT documentation, including asset registers, software licenses, network diagrams, user access records, and troubleshooting logs.
- Implement IT policies, security standards, data protection measures, and backup procedures.
- Ensure timely onboarding and offboarding of employees by managing system setup, access provisioning, and access revocation.
- Identify recurring technical issues and implement solutions to improve IT efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Take complete ownership of day-to-day IT operations and ensure uninterrupted technical support across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT administration, system administration, or IT infrastructure management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, user access management, and Group Policy.
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Experience in IT asset lifecycle management, software installation, licensing, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of endpoint security, antivirus, firewall management, system backups, and IT security practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete IT function and prioritize multiple technical requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management tools, and remote support solutions.
