About the role
The job holder is responsible for supporting Sulzer's Communications through operational and administrative activities. The main focus areas are content management, issue management for the intranet, and communications support.
Your Main Responsibilities and Tasks
- Manage and enhance the company intranet.
- Create, publish, and maintain intranet content and pages.
- Train and support content editors.
- Provide intranet user support and assist with development initiatives.
- Support communications projects, campaigns, and content creation.
- Provide general support to the Communications team..
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Data Analytics or a related field
- Strong interest in digital communication, social media, and content creation
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy: basic knowledge of content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools is an advantage
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team setting
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills and take on creative challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English & German, any other languages are a plus
