The Role
Join Stryker's Joint Replacement business and take ownership of the Canberra, ACT territory . You'll drive growth across public and private hospitals, build strong surgeon partnerships, and be a trusted, credible presence in theatre supporting hip and knee replacement procedures.
This role suits a commercially driven Territory Manager who thrives on accountability, territory ownership, and delivering results in a competitive market.
What You'll Do
- Deliver sales targets through disciplined territory planning and execution
- Build long-term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
- Provide expert, reliable in-theatre support across Joint Replacement procedures
- Grow usage across an implant-led portfolio
- Manage pricing, tenders, contracts, and pipeline opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team
What You'll Bring
Required
- 3+ years' Territory Management or B2B sales experience with a strong track record
- Commercial mindset with end-to-end territory ownership
- Confident communicator with senior clinical stakeholders
- Resilience, accountability, and drive to win
Preferred
- Medical Device, Pharma, or Life Sciences experience
- Knowledge of Australia's public and private hospital systems
- Confidence working in operating theatres
