Job Purpose:

Responsible for operations and general administration in a large hospital setup. The role includes leading non-medical services, human resources, finance, marketing, procurement, SCM and nursing along with other responsibilities as designated by the Group CEO.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop; direct short term and long range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals.

- Direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals.

- Monitor the established goals, organizational performance and growth through set indicators.

- Create and implement robust health information systems for monitoring and evaluation, including a system for continuous performance measurement based upon clinical indicators.

- Oversee establishment of training, mentorship and lead large teams.

- Allocate required resources.

- Successful execution of business strategies for organization’s products and services.

- Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans.

- Responsible for patient care, clinical operations, financial management, compliance, people management and the external interface with the local community.

- To execute or participate in any work related assignments that may be assigned from time to time.

Candidate Requirements:

- Understanding and working knowledge of the fiscal aspects of a hospital.

- Good Conceptual Abilities

- Networking Skills

- Highly organized

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to react and respond quickly to changes in business and work environment.

- Candidates should have had hands on experience in managing hospital operations, balancing the revenue goal, operating goals with handling clinicians, nurses, technicians and administration personnel.
