What you’ll do

As QA/QC Manager, you will lead and coordinate project quality activities, working closely with project teams and contractors to ensure construction activities are performed in accordance with project quality requirements, specifications and applicable standards.

The role responsibilities include:

·        Lead and coordinate QA/QC activities for the project.

·        Review project quality plans, procedures, inspection and test plans and relevant quality documentation.

·        Monitor contractor compliance with project quality requirements.

·        Conduct quality audits and assessments and follow up on corrective actions.

·        Monitor inspection and testing activities during construction.

·        Review quality issues and non-conformances and support appropriate resolution.

·        Support quality requirements for mechanical completion, system turnover and project handover.

·        Coordinate with engineering, construction and contractor teams on project quality matters.

The PMC scope includes quality audits and assessments, monitoring EPC contractor compliance with quality requirements, and construction quality surveillance.

What you’ll have

·        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

·        Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

·        QA/QC experience within Oil & Gas, Gas Processing, Refinery or Petrochemical projects.

·        Experience within PMC, EPCM or EPC project environments.

·        Good knowledge of quality management systems, inspection and test plans, audits and non-conformance processes.

·        Experience supporting quality activities during construction and project completion.

·        Experience in brownfield or operating plant environments would be an advantage.

·        Willingness to work at the project site in Southern Thailand.

·        Able to communicate effectively in Thai for site coordination and client engagement. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
