What you’ll do

As SHE Manager, you will lead and coordinate project safety, health and environmental activities, working closely with project teams and contractors to support safe execution of construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

The role responsibilities include:

·        Lead and coordinate SHE activities across the project.

·        Review contractor SHE plans, procedures and relevant safety documentation.

·        Monitor compliance with project SHE requirements and applicable regulations.

·        Conduct SHE inspections, audits and assessments and follow up on corrective actions.

·        Support risk assessments and safe work planning for construction activities.

·        Monitor contractor safety performance and provide guidance on SHE matters.

·        Support safe execution of construction, tie-in, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

·        Coordinate with project, construction and contractor teams to identify and manage SHE risks.

·        Support incident reporting, investigation and implementation of corrective actions.

The project involves work within an existing operating plant, including construction, tie-ins and commissioning, and the PMC scope includes monitoring and auditing SHE performance and contractor compliance.

What you’ll have

·        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline.

·        Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

·        SHE/HSE experience within Oil & Gas, Gas Processing, Refinery or Petrochemical construction projects.

·        Experience within PMC, EPCM or EPC project environments.

·        Good knowledge of construction safety, risk assessment and contractor SHE management.

·        Experience in brownfield or operating plant environments is highly desirable.

·        Experience supporting shutdown, tie-in, pre-commissioning or commissioning activities would be an advantage.

·        Willingness to work at the project site in Southern Thailand.

·        Able to communicate effectively in Thai for site coordination and client engagement. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
