Join the global pricing team in shaping smarter, more effective, pricing solutions across the Aftermarket business. We combine pricing expertise, advanced analytics and digital solutions to help turn data and commercial insights into business value. Working closely with sales, product management, regional pricing and IT, you will develop solutions that support better pricing decisions worldwide. Candidates for this position are to be based in proximity of any of the following locations: Poland (Warsaw, Wrocław, Częstochowa), Czech Republic (Ostrov, Frýdlant), Portugal (Lisbon).
What you can look forward to as Senior Global Pricing Specialist (m/f/d):
- Design, develop and implement new and enhanced features in the Pricefx pricing platform for the sales and commercial excellence organization;
- Define and co-create advanced pricing analytics in Pricefx and other internal data platforms, incl. LLM / AI-powered models;
- Partner with sales, product category management and regional pricing to leverage their insights in building world-class solutions;
- Coordinate change management: trainings, information sessions, communication materials and instructions to drive adoption;
- Act as interface between business, IT / master data and the Pricefx implementation partner to bring solutions live swiftly;
- Create and document business requirements, monitor adoption, support end-users and report non-compliance.
Your profile as Senior Global Pricing Specialist (m/f/d):
- Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economy, Finance or similar;
- 5+ years in a multinational organization; pricing / commercial excellence background preferred;
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across all levels and functions;
- Strong digital and analytics acumen; experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is an advantage;
- Manages priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, partially remote environment;
- Team player, reliable; values different ways of thinking;
- Fluent English required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
