We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering .

Business: Hong Kong Technology

Principal responsibilities

- Contribute in all phases of the project lifecycle
- Participate in design, development, implementation and maintenance of HSBC IT systems to business
- Build solid understanding of the appropriate business systems of the Group and their associated IT development requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Maintain and ensure due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal / external auditors and external regulators
- Ensure awareness of compliance requirements and implementation of Group Compliance Policy
- Participate in AI adoption in mobile development
- Development quality control.

Requirements

- A minimum of 15 years' IT software development experiences, broad ranging technologies of mobile
- Solid technical depth in mobile architecture
- Experience with iOS SDK
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- EndtoEnd knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Experience in working in matrix project teams, self-motivated and ability in working under pressure in matrix team structure.
- Experience in AI agent, Skill setup, AI adoption in Front-end development.
