We are currently looking for a Process Enginner Intern to join our Nyon site as a key member of the Manufacturing or Packaging team.
Duration: 6 months
Your Role at Haleon:
· Support OEE and process-improvement projects.
· Understand assigned equipment and processes.
· Define issues and analyze process data.
· Identify and evaluate improvement solutions.
· Support implementation in partnership with other functions (quality, engineering, R&D, maintenance, finance) and monitor results.
· Communicate progress, outcomes and recommendations with stakeholders.
What we expect from you:
- Engineering student (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or related field)
- Interest in production systems, process optimization, and data analysis
- Able to structure problems, work with data and translate findings into practical recommendations. Strong problem solving skills
- Able to communicate clearly in writing, discussions and presentations. able to work effectively with shop-floor teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Able to interpret data and contribute to structured improvement work under supervision
