Please note that only students currently enrolled in a university and able to provide a valid internship agreement will be considered for this position.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to be part of the Production Scheduling team based in Nyon and to assist in the improvement of our production scheduling process.

This role will provide hands-on experience in production and demand analysis, working closely with various departments to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling/planning practices end to end.

Duration: 6 months from 1st of February 2027 to 31st of July 2027

Your role at Haleon :

- You will ensure the continuity to design, document and implement the Plant Operating Strategy ( POSS* ) as per Global guidelines
- You will build a stable and governed foundation and create outputs that are consistent, transferable and auditable
- You will build a clear RACI and decision framework with appropriate governance checkpoints
- You will support costing activity with data collection (pre activity) and costing file creation

POSS* purpose is to convert current scheduling know-how into clear, agreed and maintainable planning standards, parameters and decision rules (such as material allocations strategy, campaign and sequencing standard, changeover matrix etc.), so planning and execution can operate consistently from long-range demand planning through to detailed scheduling.

What we expect from you :

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Engineering).

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are proficient in Excel, data analysis tools and

programming.

• You are detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.

• You are a good team player and have excellent communication, stakeholder-management skills, with the

ability to facilitate alignment across functions.

• You are autonomous, curious, pragmatic and able to translate operational know-how into clear documentation.

If you have Knowledge of SAP or manufacturing master data, this will be a strong advantage.
